Training

Training is provided to all ESG Security employees throughout the state of Indiana. We invite our clients and their staff members to participate in our training sessions.

Each employee receives:
• An Employee Manual
• Site Manuals for each specific client / venue. Site manuals are reviewed with the employee and a walk through of the facility is conducted. The Site Manual is designed to fit in an employee's pocket to be accessible at all times.
• Payment for their training.
