Applications are accepted in person only at our Indianapolis office (1060 N. Capitol Ave, Suite E210) on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The following items are required:

• A Criminal Background Report*
• One Personal Reference
• One Prior Employer Reference
• A driver's license and social security card or a birth certificate

* To receive your full criminal state background check, please call L-1 Identity Solutions at 1-877-472-6917 to make an appointment to be fingerprinted.
