ESG Security began in 1993 as a small, well-organized event and special security services enterprise. Over the course of the past fourteen years, owners Joe Robinson and Steve Thorpe have built this enterprise into the largest locally owned and most well respected security and event service company in Indiana.

ESG Security specializes in event services for entertainment and sporting events throughout the Midwest and for specialized events around the United States. ESG Security has provided staffing for several types of events in the sports and entertainment areas. ESG Security currently provides services for sports teams in or venues associated with the NBA, NFL, IHL, WNBA, Formula One, Indy Racing League, Minor League Baseball, car and truck shows, conventions and concerts.

Currently, we have an employee base of 60 in the Fort Wayne area. Overall, ESG Security has an employee base of over 400 hundred individuals throughout the state of Indiana, staffing more than 1,000 events per year. Our supervisors are experienced in the sports and entertainment business, as well as building and site security. They apply our Total Quality Service system, which has been successful over the years in all events and situations.
